Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Creader. If something is not right, here is how refunds work for each type of purchase.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Within 7 Days of First Payment

If you subscribe to a Pro or Creator plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

1.2 After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

1.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.

1.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

2. Token Pack Refunds

Token packs are one-time purchases that add AI tokens to your account.

  • Unused tokens: if you have not used any tokens from a purchased pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially used tokens: if you have used some tokens from a pack, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • After 14 days: token pack purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, regardless of usage.

3. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or see an unauthorized charge, contact us immediately at billing@creader.io. We will investigate and issue a full refund if the charge was made in error.

We handle billing error disputes within 5 business days.

4. Service Disruptions

If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using paid features, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period. Contact us at billing@creader.io.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@creader.io with your account email and the reason for your request.
  • Include your payment date and amount if available.
  • We will respond within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Account terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (AI outputs vary and are not guaranteed).
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal charge (you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges).
  • Requests made outside the refund eligibility windows described above.

7. EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By using the Service and consuming digital content during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under EU or UK consumer protection law.
